12 Tablespoons cheese -- * see note
12 ham slices
=about 4 by 6 inches each
1 Cup pineapple juice
1/4 Cup brown sugar, packed


* Use grated swiss or cheddar cheese
Roll 1 tablespoon of the cheese into each ham slice, like a jelly roll.
Place in a greased shallow baking dish. Pour the juice over them and
sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or
until hot and the cheese is melted. Recipe from Nauset House Inn in East
