Never Fail Fudge

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 cups sugar
12 oz evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz Marshmellow Fluff
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nut meats
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Marshmellow Fluff is made by Durkee-Mower.... The recipe on it is called
Never Fail Fudge, essentially the same as Fantasy Fudge.

Microwave instructions:

1.) Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4qt. microwave safe bowl. Microwave at
medium high for 2 1/2 minutes. remove and stir until blended.

2.) Microwave at medium high for 5 minutes; remove, stir until smooth.

3.) Repeat step 2.

4.) Microwave at medium high for 6 mintues; remove and stir in
chocolate, vanilla, nuts for 5 minutes until thick. then turn into a 9x9
inch pan and cool.

****Instructions are for a 600 watt oven. For a different size oven
adjust cooking accordingly.
