 VELVEETA FUDGE

 1      pound         margarine
 1      pound         Velveeta cheese
 4      pounds        powdered sugar
 1      cup           cocoa
 1      teaspoon      vanilla
 chopped nuts -- optional
 
 In a saucepan, melt margarine and cheese. Sift together the sugar and cocoa. Ad
 d the melted cheese mixture, vanilla and nuts to the cocoa and sugar. Mix well
 and spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 pan or an 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Cool an
 d cut in pieces.
 
 Makes about 6 1/2 pounds.
