1 1/2 ounces brandy

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce half and half

2 ounces milk

Freshly grated nutmeg

In a cocktail shaker combine brandy, vanilla, syrup, half-and-half, and milk; f
ill with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously until chilled; strain into a cocktail glass, dust with nutmeg
and serve.

Yield: 1 drin
