Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
3 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce grand marnier
1/2 ounce cointreau
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
garnish: watermelon wedge with rind

In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve
immediately. Garnish with watermelon wedge.

Yield: 2 servings
