1 Cup Freshly Picked Red Clover Blossoms
1 Cup 80-Proof Vodka
1/3 Cup Sugar Syrup

Put the blossoms in a jar and cover with vodka. Push the blossoms
floating aboe the fluid down with a spoon. Steep for one week. Strain
through a wire strainer and press the blossoms with the back of a spoon
to extract as much juice as possible. Add the sugar syrup, stir and
filter through cheesecloth.
