6 Pear Halves From A Can Of
Bartlett Pears In Heavy Syrup
6 Oz Pear Juice From The Can
8 Oz 100-Proof Vodka
3 Oz Brandy

Put all ingredients in a large jar and let steep for three weeks. Strain
off the liquid through a wire strainer; mash the pears and wring them in
dampened cheesecloth. Remove any fruit particles by straining through
cheesecloth.
