2 1/2 Cups sweet potatoes; cooked -- mashed
4 Tablespoons butter; softened
1/2 Cup light brown sugar; firmly packed
1 Pinch salt
1/3 Cup jack Daniels
***MAY SUBSTITUTE ORANGE JUICE***
1/2 Cup pecan halves; for topping

Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole. Top with pecans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
