New Potatoes In Butter Sauce

8 Small new potatoes -- (8 to 10)
1 Stick butter
Lawry's seasoned salt
chives

Wash potatoes. Peel strip around middle of potato, leaving peel
on both ends. Boil until tender, drain out most of the water. Add
stick of butter, chopped up, to pan. Liberally sprinkle chives and
seasoned salt on potatoes. Gently stir mixture over potatoes when oleo
is melted. Serves 4 to 6.
