1 1/2 c Carrots
2 tb Butter
1 tb Onion; minced
1 ts Sugar
Salt & pepper
1 c Cracker crumbs
2 Eggs
1 c Milk

Cook carrots and mash. Add butter, onions, sugar,
seasonings, and cracker crumbs. Beat eggs, add to milk and
pour this into carrot mixture. Mix. Bake in moderate oven
(350) about 20 minutes.JM
