Oreo Cookie Cake

1 lb Oreos; crushed
1 c Margarine; melted
8 oz Soft cream cheese
16 oz Whipped topping
1 c Powdered sugar
1 pk Inst chocolate pudding; larg

Crush cookies and set aside 1/2 cup. Mix crumbs w/ butter
and press into 9x13" pan. Refrigerate one hour. Mix cream
cheese, sugar, 1 carton of whipped topping. Spread over
cookie crust. Refrigerate one hour. Prepare pudding mix
(use directions on package). spread over cookie crust.
Refrigerate one hour. Top with the rest of the whipped
topping, garnish with the rest of the cookies.
