3/4 c Water (for Welbilt/Dak
-machines add 2 tbsp. more)
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/2 tb Honey
1 1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 c Grated zucchini
1/3 c Grated carrot
1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
3/4 ts Ground cloves
1 1/2 ts Red Star brand active dry
-yeast for all machines
-except Panasonic/National
-use 3 tsp. and 1 1/2 lb.
-Welbilt/Dak use 2 tsp.

1/2 c Water (for Welbilt machines
-add 1 tbsp. more water
2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Honey
1 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c Grated zucchini
1/4 c Grated carrot
1 ts Fround cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1 1/2 ts Red Star brand active dry
-yeast for all machines

Note just aboe this recipes says that the carrot,
zucchini and spices in this loaf make it seem highly
sweetned - but it isn't so you can eat a 2nd slice
without being guilty.
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select LIGHT
crust setting, and press Start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan,
place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before
slicing.
CRUST: Light. MENU selection: Bake (light).
