3 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Vital gluten
3/4 c Scallions -- diced very fine
1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes -- (packed
-in air), diced
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
1 tb Applesauce
1/2 ts Dried basil
3 Cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 c Low-fat cheese
1 tb Caraway seeds
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 c Sunflower seeds

Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer.
Turn on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
