1/2 cup water
2 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 1/2 tablespoons chives -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Follow manufacturer's directions, using medium white setting.

Makes a one-pound loaf.
