 15      ounces        Cacique Brand Crema Centroamericana
 6      6 oz.         pork loins
 2                    onions -- thinly sliced
 4                    bell peppers -- thinly sliced
 ***Marinade***
 6      teaspoons     chili powder
 4      teaspoons     garlic powder
 3      tablespoons   onion powder
 1      tablespoon    cumin
 1      tablespoon    oregano
 2      tablespoons   sugar
 1      tablespoon    fresh ground black pepper
 
 Pan Roasted Pork Loins w/ Onions, Bell Peppers & Crema Centroamericana
 
 Marinade:
 Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container. Dry rub meat with spi
 ce mixture.
 
 Marinate meat overnight. Sear and roast in a 350º oven for 15 minutes and
 place
 on a serving platter. Sauté onions and peppers and spoon over meat.
 Decorate wit
 h spoonful of Crema Centroamericana.
