1 pound pork cut into strips
1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can pineapple chunks
1 small green pepper
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 tablespoon chili sauce
cooked rice

Mix together flour, ginger, pork and oil. Brown slowly, stirring to brownevenly
