Hamburger Stroganoff

5 pounds Hamburger
2 onion
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz sour cream
egg noodles or steamed rice

In a large pan prepare hamburger and onion. Ad the 3 cans of cream of mushroom
soup. Package and freeze in 2 quart size zip lock bags. When ready to prepare,
defrost stroganoff mixture, place in a skillet and heat to simmering, add sour
cream and stir. serve over noodles or rice.
