Shrimp Scampi

Title: SHRIMP SCAMPI

Yield: 5 servings

1 lb Shrimp, raw
1 ea Egg, beaten
1/4 c White wine
3 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
3 tb Butter
1 x Salt
1 x Pepper

In skillet heat butter and garlic until sizzling. Dip
shrimp in egg and quickly drop in skillet. Saute'
quickly over high heat 2-4 minutes.
Add white wine, salt and pepper. Serve over a bed of
rice.
