Title: WAFFLES

Yield: 4 servings

2 c Flour
3 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
2 ea Egg yolks
1 1/4 c Milk
6 tb Salad oil or melted crisco
2 ea Egg whites

Sift flour,baking powder,salt and sugar.Beat egg
yolks;add milk. Combine with dry ingredients mixing
smooth.Add shortening or salad oil.Beat egg whites
stiff and fold in.
