Title: PANCAKES

Yield: 4 servings

2 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
3 ts Baking powder
2 ea Eggs
1 1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Salad oil or melted crisco.

Sift to-gether flour,sugar,salt and baking powder.Beat
eggs and add milk.Combine with dry ingredients,mixing
smooth.Add shortening or salad oil.Drop by spoonfuls
on hot griddle.
