16 oz lowfat cottage cheese
8 large cloves garlic
1 pkg Hidden Valley Dressing Mix - dry
2 tbsp skim milk

Process garlic 'til finly chopped. Add cottage cheese and Hidden Valley.
Process to smooth texture. Thin with milk if needed, it usually is.
