  284      ml            whipping cream 
    3      tbsp          orange liqueur (eg Cointreau 
                         or Grand Marnier) 
  360      g             strawberries -- chopped 
   75      g             Meringue Super Stars or 
                         Meringe Nests -- crumbled 
  
 1. Lightly whip the cream, then fold in the orange liqueur. Stir in the 
 strawberries and the crumbled meringue and fold in gently. 
  
 2. Transfer the mixture to individual sundae glasses and serve at once.

 NOTES : A wonderful concoction of whipped cream, orange-flavoured liqueur, 
 crumbled meringue and strawberries - it certainly doesnt deserve its name!
