Lemon Bites

1 pk Lemon flavored cake mix
1 Egg
4 oz Frozen non-dairy whipped
-topping
Thawed
1/2 c Confectioner's sugar

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and
topping (batter will be very stiff). Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into
confectioner's sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls, using sugar to keep dough
from sticking to hands. Place balls of dough 2 inches apart on a greased
baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown on bottoms.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
