1 c Sugar -- white
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Pineapple -- pulp & juice
1 t Lemon extract
1 t Butter
12 ea Marshmallows
1 c Nut meats

Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from
fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
