Orange Snowballs

Title: ORANGE SNOWBALLS

2 3/4 c Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c Margarine; melted
3 c Powdered sugar; sifted
1 c Nuts; chopped
1/4 c Orange juice, frozen concent
2 tb Margarine; softened
Milk
Shredded coconut meat

Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill Mix crumbs, melted margarine, 1 cup sugar, nuts
and orange juice; shape into small balls. Mix softened margarine and
remaining 2 cups powdered sugar; add enough milk for spreading consistency.
Roll snowballs in milk mixture; roll in coconut. Let dry then store in
air-tight container. Confection improves after several days of storing.
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
