       Title: PIG CAKE

       Yield: 12 Servings 
   
 ----------------------------KIM ROMERO   KKPX21B---------------------------- 
       1 pk Yellow cake mix 
            Stick margarine 
       4 x  Eggs. beaten for 4 minutes 
       1 cn Mandarin orange & juice,chop 
  
 ----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------- 
       1 cn Crushed pineapple & juice 1# 
       1 pk Instant Vanilla pudding 
            Cool whip (8-oz) 
   
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees        Cooking time: 30 minutes Chopped up the 
   Mandarine oranges. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 5 minutes. 
   Pour in a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake for the 30 minutes. Let cool. 
   Drain pineapple and retain the juice. Pour pineapple juice in with the DRY 
   pudding mix and beat until thick. Fold in cool whip. Fold in the crushed 
   pineapple. Frost cake and then refrigerate. This recipe comes from the fact 
   you can't quit with one piece.
