Title: WEST COAST WONDER

Yield: 2 Cups apprx

1 c Hoist sauce
1/2 c Rice vinegar
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 T Dijon mustard
2 t Fresh ginger root, minced
1 t Ground Anise seeds
2 Cloves garlic, minced

Combine the ingredients together in a saucepan and warm them over low
heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the sauce hot or at room
temperature. It keeps, refrigerated, for several weeks.
