Vaunted Vinegar Sauce

Title: VAUNTED VINEGAR SAUCE

Yield: 2 Cups

2 c Cider vinegar
2 T Sugar or brown sugar
2 t Salt
1 t Fresh ground black pepper
1 t Cayenne or hot red pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Serve at room temperature or chilled. The sauce keeps indefinitely.
