fresh ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and saut‚ the onion until tender, about

utes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Discard the ba
y leaf and transfer the sauce to a container.
