OREGON BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

1 c Mayonnaise
8 oz Carton commercial sour cream
1 1/2 pk (4-oz ea) blue cheese
-- crumbled
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Milk
1 t Cider vinegar
1 cl Garlic -- minced
1/8 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until
well blended. Cover and chill. Serve over fruit or
salad greens.
