2 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices
3/4 cup frozen florida orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a blender container combine all ingredients; cover and blend until
mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve at once. Or, if desired, freeze
mixture in a covered freezer container. Thaw about 1 hour. Scrape a large
spoon across the surface to make a slush.

Makes 4 (about 8 ounce) servings.

Nutrition facts per serving: 208 cal. 7 g pro. 43 g carbo., 2 g total fat
