Party Rolls

2 pk Yeast
2 tb Sugar
1 c Plus 2 tablespoons warm wate

1/2 c Sugar
1/3 c Melted margarine
1 ts Salt
3 Eggs; beaten
5 c Flour

Recipe by: Governor Mel Carnahan, Missouri
Mix yeast, sugar and water until dissolved. Combine with
remaining ingredients, except flour. Gradually add flour.
Knead lightly. Place in covered bowl and let rise for 2
hours. Punch down and let rise again until double in size.
Roll out and cut to desired size. Let rise in buttered pans
for 1/2 hour. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes. Freezes
well.
