1 tb Nonfat Dried Milk-1 1/2 T
1 t Salt -- 1 1/2 t
1 tb Applesauce -- 2 T
1 tb Honey -- 2 T
1/4 c Rolled oats -- 1/2 C
1 1/2 ts Yeast -- 2 1/2 t

*** instant oatmeal doesn't work but quick cooking oats do. 1 pound
loaf NOTES : Don't use instant oatmeal
