2 c Corn meal
1 c Flour
1 lg Onion, chopped
2 tb (rounded) baking powder
4 Eggs
2 ts Salt
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk

In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together and
drop by teaspoonsful into hot oil and fry until
